odszedł od nas na zawsze dnia 4 maja 2014 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w piątek dnia 9 maja 2014 roku o godzinie 10.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Podgórskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
