Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się w dniu 23 października 2014 r. (czwartek)
o godz. 12.50 na cmentarzu Doły przy ul. Smutnej 10 w Łodzi.

Z wielkim smutkiem zawiadamiamy,
że dnia 17 października 2014 r., przeżywszy lat 69
odszedł od nas ukochany Brat
