Kochany Mężu
Linia Twego życia została nagle przerwana.
Jedna chwila wszystko zmieniła.
Nic już nie będzie takie samo.
Dla mnie i całej naszej rodziny w dniu Twojej śmierci zgasło słońce.

Z głębokim żalem i smutkiem zawiadamiam,
że w dniu 30 lipca 2014 r. odszedł
na zawsze nasz Kochany Mąż, Ojciec i Dziadek.
Człowiek wielkiego serca i umysłu.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się w dniu 2 sierpnia 2014 r.
o godz. 10.30 w Mysłowicach,
w kościele Najświętszego Serca Pana Jezusa, ul. Starokościelna 3.
