Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że w dniu 1 września 2013 roku po ciężkiej chorobie zmarł nasz ukochany Mąż, Tato i Dziadek śp. inż. Jerzy KOTAS emerytowany kolejarz, długoletni naczelnik Stacji Kluczbork, były dyrektor Dyrekcji Rejonowej Kolei Państwowych w Opolu. Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się w dniu 5 września 2013 w kaplicy cmentarnej w Opolu Półwsi o godz. 13.00. Pogrążona w smutku Żona, Córka, Zięć i Wnukowie .
