Nabożeństwo żałobne odbędzie się w kaplicy cmentarnej przy ul. Lipowej, dnia 16 września 2009 roku, o godz. 14, po czym nastąpi złożenia Drogiego Nam Zmarłego do grobu.
O czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim bólu
Żona, Synowie, Wnuczki i Bracia z Rodzinami.
