heroicznej walki z ciężką chorobą.

Mąż, Ojciec i Dziadek,
wspaniały i waleczny Człowiek,
nauczyciel i wychowawca, zapalony kolarz.

Jesteśmy wdzięczni, że byłeś w naszym życiu
i że na zawsze pozostaniesz w naszej pamięci.

Nabożeństwo żałobne odbędzie się
18 września (czwartek) 2014 roku o godzinie 9.00
w kościele pw. św. Mateusza na os. Orła Białego w Poznaniu,
po którym o godzinie 10.40 nastąpi złożenie Prochów
do grobu na Miłostowie (od ulicy Warszawskiej).
