byłego proboszcza parafii pw.Matki Boskiej Częstochowskiej w Bydgoszczy.

Ksiądz Bogusław aktywnie uczestniczył w walce o wolną
i niepodległą Ojczyznę. Był duchowym opiekunem strajkujących rolników w marcu 1981 roku. Został uhonorowany „Medalem Solidarności. Zasłużony dla Regionu Bydgoskiego”.
