Medalem „Pro Memoria” i innymi odznakami honorowymi.

Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 1 października 2014 r. o godz. 13.00
w kościele garnizonowym we Wrzeszczu, ul. Matejki.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 15.00
na cmentarzu Łostowice.
