przeżywszy lat 81, po krótkiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami,
odszedł od nas na zawsze do Pana dnia 18 maja 2014 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, dnia 22 maja 2014 roku, o godzinie 13.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Syn, Synowa, Wnuczki,
Siostra i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
