Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w środę, dnia 18 września 2013 roku, o godzinie 14.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Prądnik Biały przy ul. Piaszczystej,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamia
pogrążona w głębokim smutku i żalu
