na cmentarzu Miłostowo od ul. Gnieźnieńskiej.
Msza św. zostanie odprawiona tego samego dnia o godz. 16.30
w kaplicy pw. św. Marka Ewangelisty na os. Czecha 110 w Poznaniu.
