Z głębokim żalem informujemy, że przeżywszy lat 88, odszedł do Życia Wiecznego nasz ukochany Ojciec, Mąż, Teść, Brat, Dziadek, Krewny i Przyjaciel śp. JERZY KURZAJ Nasz Tato przez lata pracował w Zakładach Chemicznych „Blachownia” w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu, poświęcając się jednocześnie, przez długi czas, pracy na rzecz amatorskiego sportu w Sławięcicach. Msza św. pogrzebowa zostanie odprawiona w sobotę 1 marca 2014 roku o godz.11:00 w kościele św. Katarzyny w Sławięcicach o czym powiadamiają rodzina i przyjaciele zmarłego.
