Msza św. żałobna przy prochach Zmarłego odprawiona zostanie
w piątek, dnia 15 listopada 2013 roku o godzinie 13.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamia
pogrążona w głębokim smutku
