Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się dnia 20 października 2014 r.
o godz. 11.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Podgórskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamia
pogrążona w żałobie i głębokim smutku

Rodzina

Uczestników ceremonii pogrzebowej prosimy o złożenie zamiast kwiatów
datków na rzecz Krakowskiego Hospicjum dla Dzieci im. ks. Tischnera.
