Z głębokim smutkiem i żalem zawiadamiamy,
że w dniu 7 lipca 2014 roku w wieku 89 lat
odeszła do wieczności

Nasza Kochana Mama, Siostra, Babcia i Prababcia.

Nabożeństwo żałobne za Zmarłą zostało odprawione w dniu 10 lipca 2014 roku
w kościele parafialnym w Jaśkowicach.
Pochowana została na cmentarzu w Paszkówce.

Wszystkim, którzy tak licznie uczestniczyli w Jej ostatniej drodze
i ofiarowali modlitwy i msze św. w Jej intencji,
serdecznie dziękujemy.
