Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że 25 września 2013 r. zmarła, przeżywszy 90 lat, najukochańsza mama, babcia i prababcia śp. JADWIGA MICHCIK, długoletnia pielęgniarka Szpitalika Dziecięcego. Uroczystość żałobna odbędzie się 28 września 2013 r. o godz. 12.00 w kościele Miłosierdzia Bożego na Czarnowie, po czym nastąpi wyprowadzenie ciała na cmentarz w Leszczynach. O czym w imieniu całej rodziny zawiadamiają wnukowie Piotr i Wiktor Krampikowscy.
