w kościele parafialnym Matki Bożej Dobrej Rady w Prokocimiu,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na cmentarz przy ul. Bieżanowskiej,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
