na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w smutku
Żona, Córki z Mężami, Wnuczka i Wnuk
