Pradziadziuś, Brat i Wujek

przeżywszy 79 lat, po krótkiej i ciężkiej chorobie, opatrzony św. sakramentami
odszedł od nas na zawsze do Pana dnia 21 listopada 2013 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy prochach Zmarłego odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek dnia 26 listopada 2013 roku o godzinie 11.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
