Przeżywszy lat 80, po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzona św. sakramentami, zasnęła w Panu dnia 16 sierpnia 2013 r.

Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłej odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek dnia 20 sierpnia 2013 r. o godz. 12.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Podgórskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku:
