Ukochany Mąż, Tatuś, Dziadek, Brat i Wujek

przeżywszy lat 69, po ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami
zmarł dnia 11 marca 2014 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w piątek, dnia 14 marca 2014 roku, o godzinie 11.30
w kościele parafialnym pw. Matki Bożej Dobrej Rady
przy ul. Prostej w Prokocimiu,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
do grobowca rodzinnego na cmentarz w Prokocimiu,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu

Żona, Córka, Wnuki i Rodzina

Dla uczestników pogrzebu będzie podstawiony autobus
o godzinie 10.30, os. Młodości, blok nr 5.
