zmarł w wieku 73 lat

Nabożeństwo żałobne zostanie odprawione w środę 29 maja 2013 r.
o godz. 10.20 na cmentarzu Rakowickim w Krakowie,
po czym nastąpi złożenie Prochów Zmarłego w grobowcu rodzinnym.

Pogrążeni w smutku
żona, córka, syn, synowa i wnuczki

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na Hospicjum św. Łazarza w Krakowie.
