Pogrzeb odbędzie się w dniu 11.10.2013 roku
na cmentarzu junikowskim w Poznaniu o godz. 13.50.

Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie po pogrzebie o godzinie 15.00
w kościele pw. Zwiastowania Pańskiego, ul. Leśmiana 2a w Poznaniu.

Zamieszkała dawniej ul. Poznańska 38.
