Najukochańsza Żona, Mamusia i Babcia

Po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie, opatrzona św. sakramentami,
odeszła od nas dnia 17 maja 2013 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłej odprawiona zostanie
w piątek dnia 24 maja 2013 roku o godzinie 11.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej do grobowca rodzinnego.

Pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu

Mąż, Córka, Zięć, Wnuk i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
