w kaplicy na cmentarzu w Batowicach, po czym nastąpi
odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Żona, Syn, Synowa, Wnuki,
Siostra i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
