przeżywszy 46 lat, nasza ukochana Żona, Mama, Córka i Siostra

pracownik Górnośląskiego Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka w Katowicach
i Śląskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego,
skromny i wspaniały Człowiek.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się w czwartek, 12 września,
o godzinie 12.00 w kościele pw. Podwyższenia Krzyża Świętego
przy ulicy Krasińskiego w Sosnowcu.

Po mszy kondukt pogrzebowy wyruszy na cmentarz
przy ulicy Zuzanny w Sosnowcu.
