Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w środę 27 kwietnia 2011 r. o godz. 11.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w Domu Pogrzebowym "ALPA" przy ul. Okólnej 30. O godz. 12.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do kościoła p.w. Opatrzności Bożej na Rudaku, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Komunalnym nr 2 /Spomasz/.
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.

Bus zostanie podstawiony przy Domu Pogrzebowym "ALPA" przy ul. Okólnej 30 o godz. 11.50.
