przeżywszy lat 78, po ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami,
zasnął w Panu dnia 20 lipca 2013 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie w czwartek,
dnia 25 lipca 2013 roku o godzinie 10.20
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamia
pogrążona w głębokim smutku
Rodzina
