Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 5.06.2013 r. o godz. 13.30 w kaplicy na cmentarzu w Gniewkowie. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa na cmentarzu parafialnym. Pogrążony w smutku SYN, WNUCZĘTA i PRAWNUCZĘTA Prosimy o nie składanie kondolencji

PODZIĘKOWANIE Serdecznie dziękuję za długoletnią opiekę medyczną nad moją Mamą Aurelią Kubicką dr. n. med. Tadeuszowi Derezińskiemu z NZOZ "ESKULAP" w Gniewkowie, mgr pielęg. Elżbiecie Bilickiej z Gniewkowa i dr. Andrzejowi Langnerowi z Oddziału Chirurgii Szpitala w Inowrocławiu. Dziękuję również za szczególną troskę w ostatnim miesiącu jej życia Ordynatorowi dr. n. med. Grzegorzowi Górnemu i dr Annie Lewickiej oraz całemu personelowi II Oddziału Wewnętrznego Szpitala w Inowrocławiu FERDYNAND KUBICKI
