Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 21 maja 2011 roku zmarł po ciężkiej chorobie, opatrzony Sakramentami Świętymi mój kochany Mąż, Tatuś, Syn, Brat, Szwagier, Wujek i Kuzyn

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w środę, 25 maja 2011 roku o godz. 13.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w Domu Pogrzebowym "Sotor" przy ul. Poznańskiej 6/8. O godz. 14.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do kościoła p.w. Niepokalanego Poczęcia NMP przy ul. Hallera, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Święta żałobna. Po Mszy Świętej ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na nowym Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 14.00 przy Domu Pogrzebowym "Sotor".
