Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 21.05.2011 r. o godz. 13.45 w kościele Zm. Pańskiego (Kościół górny).
Pogrzeb odbędzie się po mszy św. na cmentarzu parafialnym przy al. Stefana Kardynała Wyszyńskiego - Bielawki.
