Nabożeństwo żałobne zostanie odprawione w czwartek 29.10.2009 r. o godz. 13.30 w kościele św. Teresy przy ul. Osobowickiej. Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 14.40 na cmentarzu Osobowickim. Kondukt żałobny wyruszy 100 m od bramy głównej. O czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu Córka z Rodziną i Syn z Rodziną
