że dnia 13 kwietnia 2013 roku przeżywszy lat 65, zmarł Najukochańszy Tata,
Dziadek, Brat i Wujek.
Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek dnia 18 kwietnia 2013 roku o godz. 14.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu w Borku Fałęckim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
O czym zawiadamia pogrążona w smutku
