Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że 10.06.2011 roku zmarł nasz kochany Tatuś, Brat, Teść, Dziadek, Pradziadek, Szwagier i Wujek Ś.P. CZESŁAW WOJTYLAK lat 72. Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 14.06.2011 roku o godz. 10.15 wystawieniem w kaplicy kościelnej parafii p.w. Chrystusa Króla, po czym o godz. 11.00 zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Komunalnym nr.2 przy ul. Grudziądzkiej 141. Przy kościele zostanie podstawiony autokar. Pogrążona w smutku Rodzina.
