Pogrzeb odbędzie się 5 grudnia 2009 r. o godz. 9.50 na cmentarzu komunalnym Grabiszyn.
Msza święta żałobna odprawiona będzie w dniu pogrzebu o godz. 7.30 w kościele pw. Opatrzności Bożej przy ul. Nowodworskiej 64 we Wrocławiu.
