Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 31 stycznia 2010 roku zmarł po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie, opatrzony Sakramentami Świętymi mój kochany Mąż, Tata, Teść i Dziadek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w czwartek, 4 lutego 2010 roku o godz. 13.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w dolnym kościele p.w. Św. M.M. Kolbego.
O godz. 14.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do kościoła p.w. NMP Częstochowskiej (O.O. Paulinów), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Święta żałobna. Po Mszy Świętej ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Antczaka (od ul. Pułaskiego).

Bus zostanie podstawiony o godz. 14.00 przy kościele p.w. Św. M.M. Kolbego.
