Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 5 grudnia 2009 r. zmarła nagle nasza kochana Mamusia, Teściowa, Babcia, Siostra i Ciocia

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w środę 9 grudnia 2009 r. o godz. 13.15 pożegnaniem zmarłej w kaplicy na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym. O godz. 14.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do kościoła p.w. M.B. Zwycięskiej przy ul. Podgórnej, gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy na CCK o godz. 11.50.
