Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 12 grudnia 2011 roku zmarł mój kochany Mąż, nasz Tata, Teść, Dziadek, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w piątek, 16 grudnia 2011 roku o godz. 11.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w dolnym kościele p.w. Św. M.M. Kolbego na Skarpie. O godz. 12.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do kościoła p.w. NMP Częstochowskiej ( O.O. Paulinów ), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Święta żałobna. Po Mszy Świętej ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym w Kaszczorku.

Bus zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.00 przy kościele p.w. Św. M.M. Kolbego.
