W dniu 3 lutego 2009 roku zmarł mój Mąż, Tata, Teść, Dziadek, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 7 lutego 2009 roku o godz. 9.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w kaplicy przy kościele p.w. Św. Antoniego na Wrzosach. O godz. 10.00 w kościele p.w. Św. Józefa zostanie odprawiona Msza Święta żałobna. Po Mszy Św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (ul. ul. Wybickiego).

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
Bus zostanie podstawiony przy kościele p.w. Św. Antoniego na Wrzosach.
