Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 11 września 2010 roku zmarła Kochana Mamusia, Siostra, Babcia, Szwagierka i Ciocia

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się we wtorek 14 września 2010 roku o godz. 14.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłej w kaplicy kościoła p.w. św. Antoniego na Wrzosach. O godz. 15.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do kościoła p.w. MB Zwycięskiej przy ul. Podgórnej, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.
Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kościele p.w. św. Antoniego o godz. 14.50.
Rodzina prosi o nieskadanie kondolencji.
