Z głębokim żalem zawiadamimy, że dnia 12 listopada 2011 roku zasnęła w Bogu opatrzona Sakramentami Świętymi moja ukochana Żona, Mama, Siostra, Babcia i Prababcia

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w środę, 16 listopada 2011 roku o godz. 10.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłej w kaplicy przy kościele p.w. Św. Antoniego na Wrzosach. O godz. 10.45 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do koscioła p.w. św. Józefa, gdzie o godz. 11.00 zostanie odprawiona Msza Święta żałobna. Po Mszy Św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Gałczyńskiego.

Bus zostanie podstawiony po Mszy Św. przy kościele p.w. św. Józefa.
