Z sercem pełnym bólu i smutku zawiadamiamy, że dnia 13.09.2010 r. odszedł od nas mój kochany Mąż i Tatuś, nasz drogi Syn, Zięć, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Pogrzeb poprzedzony mszą św. żałobną odbędzie się dnia 15.09.2010 r. o godz. 14.00 na cmentarzu Św. Trójcy - Jary.

W smutku pogrążeni Żona z Córką i Rodzina.
