Z sercem pełnym bólu i smutku zawiadamiamy, że dnia 1 lutego 2011 r. zmarł mój ukochany Mąż, Tatuś, Syn, Zięć, Brat, Szwagier, Wujek i Kolega

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w czwartek 3 lutego 2011 r. o godz. 13.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w dolnym kościele p.w. św. M.M.Kolbego na Skarpie. O godz. 14.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do górnego kościoła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego.
Rodzina prosi o nieskładanie kondolencji.
