Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 17 stycznia 2010 r. zmarł mój kochany Mąż, Tatuś, Dziadek, Syn, Brat, Szwagier, Wujek i Przyjaciel

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 21 stycznia 2010 r. o godz. 12.15 pożegnaniem zmarłego w dolnym kościele p.w. Św. M.M. Kolbego na Skarpie. O godz. 13.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do kościoła p.w. M.B. Królowej Polski na Rubinkowie I, gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.
Pogrążona w smutku
Żona z Dziećmi i Rodzina
Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kościele p.w. Św. M.M. Kolbego o godz. 12.50.
