Żyłeś dla nas, kochałeś nas wszystkich. Cicho usnąłeś, dziś już Cię nie ma. Choć wczoraj byłeś odszedłeś w wieczną dal, została w naszych sercach tęsknota boleść i żal.

Pogrążeni w bólu i smutku zawiadamiamy. że dnia 22-01-2009 po długiej i cierpliwie znoszonej chorobie zasnął w Bogu mój najukochańszy mąż, nasz drogi ojciec, teść, dziadek i pradziadek.

Pogrzeb wraz z mszą św. Odbędzie się dnia 27-01-2009 o godz.12:00 w Kościele św. Stanisława Siernieczek.

Pogrążona w smutku Żona z Synem i Rodziną.
