Pogrzeb poprzedzony mszą św. odbędzie się dnia 21 lipca 2007r. o godz. 15.00 w kościele p.w. św. Mikołaja w Fordonie -Rynek, a ceremonia pochowania przy ul. Piastowej (nowy cmentarz).
W smutku pogrążeni mąż z dziećmi oraz całą rodziną.
