Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że 7.XII.2007 r. zmarł nasz kochany Tatuś, Syn, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 10.XII.2007 r. o godz. 10.00 wystawieniem ciała w Domu Pogrzebowym "Szczepańczyk" ul. Nieszawska 33g. O godz. 11.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie ciała do kościoła pw. Św. Piotra i Pawła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu przy ul. Poznańskiej (nowy).

Rodzina
Autobus zostanie podstawiony przed Domem Pogrzebowym.
