Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 26.06.2009 r. o godzinie 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Kaplicy przy Szpitalu na Bielanach. Msza Św. Żałobna odprawiona zostanie o godzinie 13.00 w Kościele Św. Stanisława Kostki w Złejwsi Wielkiej. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym w Złejwsi Wielkiej.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony w Toruniu przy Kaplicy na Bielanach.
