Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 16.08. 2007 roku zmarł po krótkiej i ciężkiej chorobie, Mąż, nasz najdroższy Tatuś, Teść i Dziadek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w sobotę 18.08.2007 r. o godz. 11.15 pożegnaniem w Domu Pogrzebowym "Cultus -Korzybscy" ul. Okólna na Podgórzu.
Wyprowadzenie nastąpi o godz.12.00 do kościoła p.w. Opatrzności Bożej na Rudaku, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza święta żałobna.
Po Mszy świętej pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Włocławskiej.
Pogrążeni w smutku
Żona, Dzieci i Rodzina
Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 10.45 przy ul. Łódzkiej 71/75.
