Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 6 sierpnia 2009 roku zmarł po ciężkiej chorobie kochany Mąż, Tatuś, Syn, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 8 sierpnia 2009 roku o godz. 13.15 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w kaplicy przy kościele p.w. Chrystusa Króla.
O godz. 14.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do kościoła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna.
Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.
